Controller
The controller of personal data processed through ainewcinema.com is Asociația SRDMEDIA (SRDMEDIA Association). You can reach us at silviuraduion@gmail.com.
Visitors
You can browse and watch without an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not use third-party analytics. To protect forms against abuse, we store a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address for up to two days; we do not store the address itself. We count page visits and clicks on “play” only as daily totals, with no information about who you are.
Our web server and hosting provider keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security, for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
YouTube player
Video images are loaded from YouTube’s image servers (i.ytimg.com). The video player itself loads only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment, Google/YouTube processes data according to its own privacy policy and may set cookies or similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Filmmakers who submit a film
We process the name, email, credits, links, texts and images you send in order to review your submission, contact you and, if selected, present your work. The legal basis is your request and our agreement with you (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Credits and texts you agree to publish become public on the film page. We keep submission data for as long as the film is listed and up to 24 months after a rejection or removal, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Contact and takedown requests
We use the details you send to answer you and to handle your request (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep these messages for up to 24 months, or longer when needed to document how a rights complaint was handled.
Who receives data
Our hosting provider (which stores the website and database in the European Union) and our email service. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to silviuraduion@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or to the authority in your country.
