1. Who we are
AI New Cinema (ainewcinema.com) is operated by Asociația SRDMEDIA (SRDMEDIA Association) (“we”). It is a free, curated website for discovering films, series and documentaries made with artificial intelligence.
2. What the service is — and is not
We present films through editorial pages: titles, synopses, credits, images and selections. We do not store, copy, re-transmit or redistribute video files. Videos are played exclusively through YouTube’s official embedded player, from the creator’s own YouTube channel, and only when the video’s owner allows embedding. Playback inside the embedded player is subject to YouTube’s own Terms of Service.
Watching is free and does not require an account. We do not promise that any video will remain available, and we do not control advertising, view counting or monetisation inside the YouTube player.
3. For filmmakers who submit
- Submitting and being listed are free. There is no exclusivity: your film stays on your YouTube channel, under your control.
- By submitting you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you own or control the rights to the texts and images you provide.
- You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to display the title, synopsis, credits and images you provide on AI New Cinema and in our promotion of the listing (for example, sharing the page on social networks), and to present your video through YouTube’s embedded player. You can withdraw this permission at any time by asking us to remove the listing; we will do so within a reasonable time.
- Selection is editorial. We may decline, edit for length and clarity, or remove a listing. Being listed does not guarantee any number of views, any income or any award.
- We never present your work as an AI New Cinema original production. Credits identify you as the creator.
4. Acceptable content
We list works with a recognisable creative or cinematic intention. We do not list content that is unlawful, that infringes others’ rights, that sexualises minors, that incites hatred or violence, or that impersonates real people in a deceptive way.
5. Intellectual property
Films belong to their creators and rights holders. The design, texts and editorial selections of AI New Cinema belong to us. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with YouTube. To report a problem with a listing, use our Content & Takedown page.
6. Future programmes
We may later organise selections, festivals or awards. These will have their own rules, published when confirmed. Nothing on this site should be read as an announcement of a confirmed festival, prize, sponsor or partnership unless it says so explicitly.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the content of third-party videos, for YouTube’s service, or for interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of Romania and the European Union. Disputes are handled by the competent courts, without affecting any consumer’s right to use the courts of their own country.
